PostSubject: Separation of Education and State???   Wed Jun 02, 2010 7:08 am

Greetings,

Jay and I have also talked about starting a thread on Separation of Education and State as I would like to put it. On one of the threads, that is kind of the conclusion we came up with for our conclusion on the education thread. And Jay and I were saying that it would be good if people perhaps posted what their stances where on the subject. WE ARE NOT DEBATING ABOUT WHAT SCHOOLING IS THE BEST. If we decide to debate on schooling, that will be later, but not now (sorry to disappoint guys). And we are also going to use this to the extent that we can present this to another person. We are merely trying to see:

What does the Bible have to say about this?

What are each of these Spheres supposed to do?

How should we define the two Spheres?

How should they interact?

To what extent (If at all) should they cross?

To what extent (if at all) should they stay separate?

What do we mean by Separation of Education and State?

Final Conclusion?

In Christ,
Peter G.
